Our team offers in-home estate sales to our home sellers.  Recognizing the huge demand and limited amount of estate sale companies, we went back to school and are accredited by the American Association of Estate Sale Liquidators. We handle everything from organizing, staging, sorting and pricing items to advertising and hosting the sale.  Importantly, we will develop a unique marketing plan for your personal needs which may include online auctions, mailers to our thousands long mailing list, photos, ads, social media, and more!

We offer online auction services for sellers who may not have enough items for a full in-home estate sale, moving sales, downsizing sales, collection sales and often teamed as comarket plan with in-house sales.   Our team will handle everything from research, pricing, posting, marketing  auctioning and arranging  pick up or shipping.  Auctions are available to both real estate and non real estate clients.
